Rental Application Requirements
1) Complete rental application
• Incomplete applications will not be considered
2) Copies of current picture IDs of all adults that will be residing in the unit.
3) Proof of employment.
• Documentation from employer stating your current employment status and/or contact information of current employer.
4) Proof of income.
• Recent pay stubs for past 2 months, most recent tax returns, or current bank statement (Or LES for military).
5) Tenant must make at LEAST 3x the rent amount
6) Once we receive your completed application with all necessary items listed above we will review your
information. We will contact you if your application is approved.
7) Once approved, we will schedule to meet with you to sign the lease. We require rent for the first month
and a full security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
